Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy. We ship our packages out via USPS Standard Ground (7-14 business days). Business days Do Not include weekends. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships. Please make arrangements to sign for and receive your products based on the tracking number provided for your order. We will not be held liable for for opened, damaged or loss products.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We exercise a very strict Quality Control Process to ensure that our clients receive only the best Virgin Hair Products.
We Do Not Offer Cash Refunds on products or shipping fees.
We will only Offer a Store Exchange in the event that you receive incorrect products that were sent based on Our error. NO REFUNDS will permitted at any time.
In order process an Exchange
All customers must provide BNB with a picture of the potential item requested to be returned to confirm the resale condition of the product. Please DO not comb, brush or finger comb hair being returned.
We will not accept returns for used and opened items, unless it is defective. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
